Join us for another epic SupperClub back at The Village. This evening's SupperClub special guest Executive Chef Arturo Franco Camacho. You might remember Chef Camacho from this year's Showtime. So nice, we're doing it twice!

Executive Chef Arturo Franco Camacho (Franco) is an award-winning veteran of the Connecticut food scene whose extensive repertoire spans from 5 years as Chef de cuisine on the prestigious QE2 to opening several of his own successful restaurants (Roomba, Bespoke, and Suburban).  He is currently the Culinary Director at Geronimo Hospitality Co.

At Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill in New Haven, the menu offers the finest in seafood and steak, coupled with a highly curated beverage menu.  The waterfront restaurant’s award-winning menu features many classic recipes, while also creating new favorites.

Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill, with locations in Fairfield, New Haven and opening in Delray Beach, Florida, honors the distinctive cuisine, culture and history of Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Featuring the largest selection of tequila of the East Coast, the restaurant was one of the first in the world in 2016 to receive its CRT Award T Certification from the Mexican government’s Tequila Regulatory Council.

Camacho Garage brings Chef Franco’s tastes of contemporary Mexican street food to the Westville neighborhood of New Haven.  With a small plates food menu featuring fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, the complementing beverage program offers an extensive and unique menu of beer, wine, cocktails, tequila, mezcal and other traditional and inspired Mexican beverages.  Since opening in 2020, Camacho Garage has received multiple accolades from Connecticut Magazine (Best Mexican), Yankee Magazine and the Connecticut Restaurant Association.  In 2023, the restaurant earned its “Distintivo T” Certification from the Mexican government’s Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT), recognizing their commitment to and knowledge of Tequila.
