2025 St. Croix Valley SART Golf Tournament Fundraiser
Swing into action with St. Croix Valley SART, golf Spring Valley Golf Course for a great cause. We are looking for sponsorships for the following categories:
$150 Hole Sponsorship - Bronze
Recognition throughout the tournament
Recognized with a sponsor sign at hole during event with company name
Signage will be up before the afternoon stroke play begins
Recognition on all tournament & SART communication pieces and event website through the end of the day of the event.
$200 Dinner sponsorship - Silver
Recognition throughout the tournament
Signage will be placed on all dining tables
Recognition on all tournament & SART communication pieces and event website through the end of the day of the event.
$250 Lunch and Dinner sponsorship - Gold
Recognition at both lunch and dinner
Signage will be placed on all dining tables
Recognition on all tournament & SART communication pieces and event website through the end of the day of the event.
Registration closes April 8th for sponsorships. This way SCV-SART can ensure all sponsorships will be included on all materials advertising the event via social media and print starting April 16th through the end of the tournament.
If you would like to provide a sponsorship after April 8th please email: info@stcroixvalleysart.org to organize payment (please include a PNG/JPG image of your business logo in the email). Your sponsorship will be accepted and advertised on all printed materials at the event and on social media posts thanking sponsors after the event.

In-kind donation: Please contact info@stcroixvalleysart.org if you would like to donate in-kind materials. We have a specific list of needs for this event that will needed to be coordinated with staff. Those who donate $100 or more in-kind items will be recognized the following ways:

Recognition on all tournament & SART Communication pieces and event website through the end of the day of the event
More details about the golf fundraiser:
Event date: Friday May 16th from 11am-7pm.
$100 per golfer: includes cart, lunch, & dinner.
$400 per team: includes cart, lunch, & dinner.Best ball golf tournament.
Noon shotgun start.
Golf is followed by chicken & pulled pork dinner, raffle items, and dessert auction. Raffle items to be won includes: tickets to college and professional sporting events and many other items, something for everyone!
$25 Dinner tickets can be purchased for those who are unable to golf, but still want to participate in dinner, raffle, and the dessert auction.
Registration closes May 7th for golfers and no same day registration will be accommodated.
