Join The Crown Jewels, Pittsburgh's Wenches Guild - Local 7, for their 11th Annual Wenches Ball! Break out your best Midsummer Night's Dream attire to celebrate over a decade of coming together to make a difference!

All proceeds from our 11th Annual Wenches Ball event will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. 

Join us for a night of vibrant celebration at our Midsummer Night's Dream-themed gala that aims to transport you to the enchanting forests of a fairy tale. This exquisite event promises not only an evening full of entertainment but also a heartfelt gathering in support of a noble cause.

Remember to bring extra cash for our 50/50 raffle, basket raffles, the treasure chest of untold riches, and more!

***Remember to add any extra raffle tickets desired to your online order at checkout so you can start your night out ahead of the game!

Seating Info: If you see availability starting to fill up, not to worry! We will add tables based on demand. Please note that if you purchase Individual or Couple tickets then you will not have a specific table number assigned and will be able to choose any seat at our "open seating" tables upon arrival at the event. If you Reserve a Table, then you will be assigned a specific table number upon check-in.

2025 Wenches Ball Itinerary: 

6pm - Doors & Check-In Table Open (2nd Floor Outside the Social Club Room) 

6pm-7pm - Happy Hour, 50/50, Raffle Baskets, and Treasure Chest Keys Available in the Social Club Room (Open Bar)

7pm-8:30pm - Dinner in the PBR Room (Buffet Style Dinner with Open Bar)

8:30pm-10pm - Dessert, Live Music, and Dancing Available in the Social Club Room and Bar Area

Please note that all raffle prize winners will be selected between 8:30pm-9pm. 

Additional Information:

1. The event starts at 6:00pm. Dinner will be served around 7pm.
2. Tickets include your seat, a buffet dinner, dessert, open bar access from 6-9pm, and access to live music after dinner. 
3. All Full Table Reservations come with 8 Seats and 10 Additional Raffle Basket tickets per seat.
4. Cash donations are strongly encouraged, and there will be an ATM available on site if needed. We can also accept donations via Venmo.
5. Must be 18 years or older to attend.

About the Pittsburgh Wenches Guild - Local 7:
     We are an official 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization committed to spreading awareness and raising funds to support breast cancer research, and other health-related causes impacting our local communities. The Guild pursues this mission through charitable projects by reaching out to local groups, auxiliaries, and other community-based service providers, while upholding the ideals of finer womanhood and fostering the spirit of kindred fellowship. Every dollar donated as part of this event is 100% tax deductible as a charitable contribution (including ticket sales) and will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
