Location: Mansfield Freeman Center for East Asian Studies, 343 Washington Terrace, Middletown, Connecticut
No prerequisites: for first-timers, beginners to the most experienced.
Pre-registration is required. No walk-ins.

Open to the general public including friends, non-buddhists, buddhists & non-religious.
What to wear? Loose, causal, & non-distracting clothing and socks. Participants may bring a bottle of water. Zafus (cushions) and chairs are available.
Limited enrollment: The retreat space is limited. Sign up early to have the best chance of getting a spot at the event.
Instructor: Rev. D. Senpai, M.A., BFF of CT's guiding teacher and Shin practicer, and student of Venerable Thich Tri Hong the esteemed and late Dr. (Rev.) Taitetsu Unno, will be the instructor for this retreat.

Refund Policy Disclaimer: No refunds are granted for no shows or cancellations except if course, workshop, retreat or program is withdrawn by the Buddhist Faith Fellowship, Inc. (BFF of CT). By registering to any course, workshop, retreat or program, I, acknowledge and agree with this Refund Policy.
Disclaimer of Responsibility: By registering for this program. I specifically waive any and all claims of action against the Buddhist Faith Fellowship, Inc. and its staff and volunteers for damages, loss, injury, accident, or death due to negligence on the part of any organization, employee or volunteer providing services included in and related to this course, workshop, retreat or program and pertaining to any organizational activities.
Code of Conduct: In order to create a positive learning and practice environment and community at the Buddhist Faith Fellowship (BFF of CT), I understand that all participants are expected to engage in kind, courteous, and respectful actions and speech. Therefore, I abstain from any physical, verbal and emotional abuse or harassment, possessing, using or being under the influence of alcohol, marijuana or any illegal substance, committing sexual harassment in any form, and using harmful, harsh, politically partisan, racist, and demeaning language or acting or speaking divisively to disrupt the BFF of CT community, and any unlawful actions (which will be reported to the police). I understand and agree to abide by the Buddhist Faith Fellowship's Code of Conduct, and refrain from any disruptive behavior that inhibits the learning and practice of other participants in the course, workshop, retreat, program or BFF of CT community. I agree that I will be immediately asked to leave the premises, temporarily or permanently, if I fail to adhere to the above Code of Conduct and understand that I will forfeit any refunds of the cost or donation of the course, workshop, retreat or program.
Image Release Agreement: I authorize the Buddhist Faith Fellowship, Inc. (BFF of CT) to take photographs and make video recording of me, without compensation, and use my image for promotional and educational purposes in digital and printer formats. I agree that all images, digital or printed, are the property of the Buddhist Faith Fellowship Inc.
