Advent by Candlelight - Hostess Registration

We invite you to join us on Wednesday, December 4th at 6:30 PM at Shenandoah Country Club to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season with friends, while immersed in Christmas music and surrounded by candlelight.  At all times preparing yourself to have a peaceful mindset for the upcoming Christmas season with a focus on the Holy Family.

Cost:

• Tables of 10: $2,000
• VIP Tables of 10: $2,500

Hostessing:

• Hostesses are responsible for decorating their tables and providing place settings for guests.
• Set-up begins at 1 PM and must be completed by 5 PM on the day of the event.
• Tables should be decorated by the hostess or guests—no professional decorators, please.
• Each table should bring one dessert to share.
• Hostesses are responsible for taking down and removing decorations at the end of the event.
