Registration for the Annual Meeting at Clemson University, Clemson, SC - sponsored by Clemson University Historic Properties - March 13-14, 2026, - is $45 per person. This fee includes coffee and pastries in the morning and a buffet lunch at the academic conference on Saturday. Tours on Friday are free of charge.
The Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 14, 2026, will be held at Clemson's Madren Conference Center. New: our discounted block of rooms at the adjacent Inn are all booked. You may still be able to get a room at regular price. Parking is available at the Madren Center & the adjacent Nieri Family Alumni and Visitor Center.
On Friday, March 13, 2026, Clemson Historic Properties is offering a slate of tours related to the American Revolution period, 9 am - 4pm. Tours are free and open to the public. Registration for tours is required for planning purposes. Please register here or use the link on the Annual Meeting webpage at scha1931.org. Participants provide their own transportation to tour sites.
On Friday evening, the SCHA Board with the generous support of the Pendleton Historic Foundation is hosting a social with light refreshments for those who paid the $45 registration fee. This will be at the Jenkins House in Pendleton, SC, 4:30 pm -6:00 pm. Address is 244 E. Cherry Street, Pendleton, SC 29670. Park at the Pendleton Methodist Church, 217 Broad St. Handicap parking at the house. There is no charge to attend the social, but you must be registered for the conference on Saturday. Please select this ticket during registration to participate. Stop by on your way to dinner!
Remember, all conference panelists and presenters must register for the conference ($45) and become members of the SCHA ($15 for graduate students and $25 all others). Undergraduate poster presenters are not required to become members. While we encourage attendees to support the mission of the organization by becoming members, attendees are only required to register for the conference ($45).

SCHA Membership can be purchased during the registration process. Students are welcomed to become members for $15.00 per year (student rate).
Outside vendors pay the $45.00 registration fee (no table fee). The SCHA maintains a list of comped vendors and event sponsors for this conference (individually notified). Please email scha.history@gmail.com with questions.

Opportunities to donate $5.00 to help defray Journal postage costs as well as general donations are found on the registration form. Thank you for your support.
