LRG - Run & Talk with Up & Running and Altra

Join us for an informal evening involving a social run led by LRG Run Leaders where you'll be able to try on some shoes from the brand Altra. Following the run there will be a chance for some refreshments and a brief talk about kit and training from one of the in-store experts from Up & Running in Cambridge.

Wednesday 6th November, meeting at the Meadows Community Centre. We will head out for the run at 7pm so please arrive with time to get your shoes. Demo shoes are given out on a first come basis and we cannot guarantee specific models or sizes.

For the run, there will be a 3k and 5k option, all paces welcome. You'll receive a link to register for your preferred run on RunTogether closer to the time.

There is absolutely no pressure to buy any shoes, but exclusive discounts may be offered at the event.

We know it can be tough to motivate yourself to get out for a run on a cold dark evening, but we'd love to have you join us for this special Run & Talk.
