What to Expect:
Qi Gong: A powerful ancient Asian energy practice, involves gentle movements, breath control, and meditation to balance and enhance the flow of energy (or “qi”) throughout the body. It helps improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity while promoting emotional harmony and inner peace. Combined with breathwork techniques, which use conscious breathing to release stress and boost overall well-being, qi gong will offer you the tools to connect deeply with your mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re seeking to relieve stress, increase vitality, or deepen your spiritual connection, this practice is designed to help you find greater alignment and peace within yourself.
Move with Movement Lab: participants will engage in a guided corrective exercise session led by Movement Lab, focusing on stretching, self-therapy techniques, and posture improvement. This hands-on segment will provide practical tips for enhancing movement and overall body alignment. In the second half, Movement Lab will lead an informational discussion about who they are and the benefits of chiropractic care, explaining how it plays a vital role in maintaining physical health and well-being.
