Join us for a transformative workshop designed specifically for the T+ community. This interactive session will empower participants to explore the essential journey of self-love, highlighting its significance in our lives as gender diverse individuals.
Led by TEC's Director of Social Services, Alex Cadillo (they/them), this workshop provides a safe and inclusive space where you can engage with authentic self-reflection and connection. Alex brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by our community. Throughout the workshop, you will learn to cultivate self-compassion, celebrate your identity, and embrace your true self.
Participants can expect a dynamic mix of discussions and exercises aimed at enhancing self-awareness and fostering a sense of belonging. Together, we will unpack societal narratives, challenge internalized biases, and build a community rooted in acceptance and love.
No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open heart! Whether you’re just starting to navigate your journey or have been on the path for years, this workshop will inspire you to embody the radical self-love that all T+ individuals deserve.
