"Educare" Training tomorrow's surgical leaders today
Annual Fundraising Gala Event!
This is an awareness and fundraising event to benefit a new educational program initiated by Meduni a 501(c)3 healthcare nonprofit organization. The program will benefit first of its kind surgical fellowship program in Armenia in collaboration with National Oncology Center and National Institute of Health of Republic of Armenia.
About the Program:
The program will help to set a new standard for surgical oncology education and delivery of quality care. Furthermore, the program will serve as a pillar for future surgical oncologists providing the opportunity of getting the education needed within Armenia. Thus, providing needed education and training today will create tomorrow's surgical leaders.
About the Gala:
The event will take place on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at Renaissance Hotel by Marriott. The event will feature full dinner, musical entertainment, program presentation, guest speakers, and dancing with the DJ. The reception will begin at 5:30 PM, following by a sit-down dinner at 6:45pm. The program will include guest speakers, presentation and live musical entertainment until 9:45 PM. The floor will be open for mingling and dancing until 11:00 PM. Please keep in mind that this event is adults only.

General Admission and Sponsorship Tickets:
The ticket cost 215.00 is per person and includes 3 course meal including chef's choice salad, choice of filet mignon/ filet salmon, and desert. During the reception our guests can enjoy hors d'oeuvres, premium open bar, mingling and live music.
Silver Sponsorship:
Silver sponsorship is a great tier for couples or small local businesses that want to show their support, create awareness for the business or family legacy, and feel like VIPs. The cost of 1250.00 includes two general admission tickets, name of the sponsor on the assigned table, acknowledgment of the sponsor during the gala by the MC and the host. Display sponsor's name on the digital screen, discounted rate at the Renaissance Hotel for 1 night, and tax deduction in amount of $800.00.
Gold Sponsorship:
Gold sponsorship is a great tier for families, small groups and mid size companies that want to show their support, create awareness of their brand or family legacy during and after the event, get tax exemption and feel like VIPs. The cost of $4000 includes 6 general admission tickets, name of the sponsor on the assigned table, acknowledgment of the sponsor during the gala by the MC and the special thank you by the host, display sponsor's name on the digital screen, include logo/family name within our social media and email marketing campaigns. Gold sponsor discounted rate at the Renaissance Hotel for 2 nights, tax deduction in amount of $2800.00
Platinum Sponsorship:
Platinum sponsorship is a great tier for larger groups, mid and large size companies that want to show their support, create awareness of their brand or family legacy before, during and after the event, get tax exemption and be the premium VIPs. The cost of $8000 includes 10 general admission tickets, name of the sponsor on the assigned table, acknowledgment of the sponsor and special thank you during the gala by the MC and the host. Logo of the sponsor displayed on "Step & Repeat, display sponsor's name on the digital screen, include logo/family name within our social media and email marketing campaigns before and after the event, placement of the logo/family name on our website. Complimentary hotel suite for 2 nights at Renaissance Hotel around the event dates, tax deduction in amount of $6000.00.
