Hounds for Homes Fundraising Event

We invite you to join us for Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven's first dog-friendly fundraising event on September 22, 2024, from 1 pm to 5 pm at Twelve Percent Beer Project. Each ticket will include one beer and one order of tots. Additional food from Suzy Q's food truck and drinks will be available for purchase.

All dogs will receive a complimentary bandana!

All proceeds will go towards the construction of Habitat homes here in New Haven. We are currently building one home on Nelson Street for a U.S. Army Veteran, and three homes on Main Street Annex for three single moms and their children. 

There will be free entry for attendees under 21***

PAWS OF GLORY The Ultimate Dog Showdown. You didn't think we would leave you without entertainment, did you? There will be three exciting competitions happening at the Hounds for Homes fundraising event. *Participation is NOT required*

2:00pm- Peanut Butter Palooza Each pup will get a plate smeared with peanut butter. Whoever licks their plate clean first wins!

2:45pm- Paws and Applause Show off your pup's best tricks. This will be a crowd-voted competition. Let's see what you've got!

3:30pm- The Canine Crescendo A musical chairs-style competition. When the music shuts off, your pup must sit. If they don't, they're out!
