Meet the instructors:
Paige Lukac (she/her) is a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. After a few years of practicing, Paige decided to become a teacher to share the benefits of yoga. Through yoga with Paige, you’ll discover the foundations of asana(postures) and breath(pranayama) as well as grounding. Paige is Reiki Level 2 certified and brings elements of relaxation and nurturing throughout the yoga class.
Lexie West (she/her) has been practicing yoga since 2010 and became certified in 2016. Since then, she has taught various populations including physical therapy patients, children, prenatal and postnatal students. In 2023, Lexie was certified in Restorative and Trauma Informed Yoga. It is her goal as a teacher to offer a safe space to all students as they explore the benefits of yoga and meditation.
