Since dyslexia is a neurobiological, language-based disability that persists over time and interferes with a student's learning, it is critical that identification and intervention occur as early as possible. Research shows that dyslexia occurs in 15-20% of the population. Given that we have over half a million K-12 students in the San Antonio metropolitan area, approximately 110,000 are likely to be dyslexic.

Your donation will empower San Antonio-area dyslexia professionals with comprehensive quality training programs and ensure that individuals with dyslexia have access to the opportunities they deserve.
