Join us for an interactive workshop focused around reducing the risk on injury for runners with Caroline Collard from Pro.Formance. Through the workshop, Caroline will help you understand how to use strength and conditioning to reduce your risk of injury as a runner. There will be a focus on specific exercises that build leg and core strength, that can also improve performance, plus learning about how other healthy lifestyle factors also play their part in injury prevention. The workshop will include both theoretical and practical elements, where you will get the chance to try some of the exercises and ask questions about training, injuries and how to improve performance.
Caroline is the Lead Practitioner at Pro.Formance, she is a qualified personal trainer, registered nutritionist and massage therapist.
