Experience the thrill of traveling along India's spice coast by cooking unique regional delicacies from the Indian state of Kerala with chef Gitanjali Nambiar Bakshi. In her kitchen, you will don an apron and learn how to use spices such as pepper, cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and coconut to create simple dishes that are both healthy and delicious. Then, sit down with new friends to enjoy a three-course menu that will include vegetarian dishes, a fish curry, and end with a payasam (spiced rice pudding). A selection of wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
