Whether you've been running for years or you're quite new to it, incorporating strength training into your regimen can be a game-changer. Led by experienced Let's Run Girls Run Leader and qualified Personal Trainer, Rebecca Franses, this workshop will demystify the principles of strength training and equip you with practical knowledge and techniques to help elevate your running and improve your overall physical wellbeing.
