Who: Engineering professionals at all levels of experience including those seeking to identify their career path, those mentoring others along their career path, and anyone in between.

Why: Engineers coming out of school often don’t know what opportunities exist to grow a successful career. Many are focused on initially obtaining their professional license or engineering opportunities that don’t require a license. These individuals don’t necessarily know what opportunities exist or how to achieve their career goals. Come join this facilitated discussion on the various paths an engineer can take in their career including technical, project management, and leadership. Our goal is for engineering professionals to learn what career options exist, how to traverse their career to succeed down their selected career path, and how to mentor colleagues along toward their preferred career path.
