Ticket Information:

Tickets are priced at $35 per person, which includes appetizers, a glass of wine or beer, and one raffle ticket. Your ticket purchase directly contributes to funding the Antilles School Film Class's expedition to the Amazon jungle in Ecuador.

About the Cause:

The Antilles School Film Class has been granted a remarkable opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich culture of the Sapara Tribe in the Amazon jungle. Your generous contributions will enable the students to document their experience, creating a compelling film to raise awareness about the tribe's heritage and the threats they face from extractive practices. The majority of the proceeds will go directly to the Sapara tribe to help protect their land from extractive practices and also to support their emergency medical fund. We are partnering with a non-profit organization called Raising the World. Please explore their website to see how their intention aligns with ours. www.raisingtheworld.org

Fundraising Goals:

We aim to raise $33,000 to cover the student's expenses, including transportation, lodging, and guide fees, with the remaining funds providing direct financial support to the Sapara communities. Your support will not only facilitate this educational journey but also contribute to the preservation of the Sapara's land and culture.

Giving Back:

In gratitude for your support, the students pledge to organize beach and land clean-ups, with every $100 raised filling one trash bag, demonstrating their commitment to environmental stewardship.

Become a Sponsor:

Businesses interested in supporting the documentary project can feature their names as sponsors, further enhancing their visibility and contributing to this meaningful endeavor.

Save the Date:

The students will depart for their expedition on June 17th, and updates about the film festival and beach clean-up will be shared as the events approach.

Join us in making a difference and celebrating the arts while supporting the Antilles School Film Class's transformative journey, and helping protect the land in the Sapara Territory. Your participation will leave a lasting impact on both the students and the Sapara Tribe. Thank you for your generosity and support!
