Introduction

POP Summer Camps offer young mountain bikers (ages 7-13) the chance to join our experience coaches and junior coaches for five half-days of instruction on local trails. All groups will start in Pine Street Woods on Monday, with groups meeting at different locations for days 2-5.

WEEK 2: AUGUST 26-30


YOU MAY ONLY REGISTER FOR EITHER WEEK 1 OR WEEK 2, NOT BOTH


Which level to sign up for:

  • Beginners should already be capable of riding the narrow trails at Pine Street Woods. Ages 7-10.
  • Intermediate riders should already be comfortable on the trails at the Schweitzer Roundabout and in the Lower Basin. Ages 8-13.
  • Advanced riders should already be comfortable on the trails off the top of Schweitzer, including High Point, Pinch Flat, Beargrass, and others. Ages 9-13.

Beginner group:

  • Day 2 in Pine Street Woods: 9:00 drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up.
  • Day 3 in Pine Street Woods: 9:00 drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up.
  • Day 4 in Pine Street Woods: 9:00 drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up.
  • Day 5 at Pine Street Woods 9:00 am drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up.
Intermediate group*:
  • Day 2 in VTT: 9:00 am drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up.
  • Day 3 at Schweitzer Roundabout: 9:00 am drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up at the 2nd switchback trailhead on Schweitzer Mountain Road.
  • Day 4 in VTT: 9:00 am drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up.
  • Day 5 at Schweitzer resort: 10:45 am drop-off at the Gateway parking lot, 3:00 pm pick-up.
Advanced group**:
  • Day 2 at Schweitzer Roundabout: 9:00 am drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up at the 2nd switchback trailhead on Schweitzer Mountain Road
  • Day 3 at VTT: 9:00 am drop-off, 12:00 pm pick-up.
  • Day 4 at Schweitzer resort: 10:45 am drop-off at the Gateway parking lot, 3:00 pm pick-up.
