This book responds to our family's experience at the Chief's Super Bowl Parade. Our hope is that this book will serve as a starting point for healing conversations for you and your family.
As parents, we all want our children to feel safe and secure. When they are hurting, we hurt too. We understand that the journey of healing from trauma is a difficult one, but it is possible. As a Mental Health Counselor, I have seen people overcome incredible obstacles, and Madison and I have put this book together with compassion for our community and our beloved city.
We are all in this together to help the people of our great city connect, heal, and thrive. This is the mission of Talk 2 Me, which promotes mental and physical health, as well as suicide prevention.
Thank you, We cannot do our life-saving work without you.
Marie and Madison
