Helix Education Spring Fundraiser at Uvae

Come raise a toast and funds for Helix Education at Uvae in Andersonville! Helix works to activate learning opportunities across communities through student-tested resources, curricula, and support for educators of all kinds. We work with K-12 schools across Chicago and the country to build effective, project-based programs for students that are ready to be implemented for educators.

This year we are celebrating another year of our work and raising critical funds to students and educators at Uvae Kitchen and Wine Bar in Andersonville! We will have hors d'oeuvres and 6 stations with sommelier-guided wine tastings. We’re also partnering with Women and Children First Bookstore to highlight banned books and how to organize to keep all books available for all people. There will be raffle prizes and opportunities to learn more about Helix’s work last year, and our plans for the future.
