Annual Bags for Builds Tournament Sponsorships 2024

Decatur Area Habitat for Humanity is working to complete our 2nd annual Bags Tournament Fundraiser. We are reaching out to your business as we know you care about Decatur as much as we do. Save the date, the tournament is scheduled for April 13th at The Hall at Five Twenty. We are excited to partner with Outlaw Baggers again this year!

Business like yours can assist in this fundraising project in several ways, we are sure one will fit your business model:

Option 1 - Sponsorship of Event
HOME LEVEL IS TAKEN ..  a. Home Level Sponsor - ONLY 1 company - $ 2,000

i. Your business logo will be featured on cozies the day of event along with name spots within all advertisements, top billing logo on t-shirt, three team entry fees paid, tabletop advertisement day of event and thank you signage on day of event!

b. Lumber Level Sponsor – $1,000

i. Your business will earn two team entry fees paid, tabletop advertisement day of event and thank you signage on day of event!

c. Fixture Level Sponsor – $500

i. Your business will earn one team entry fees paid, tabletop advertisement day of event and thank you signage on day of event!

d. Kitchen Sink Level Sponsor - $300

i. thank you signage on day of event!

Option 2 - In kind Donation

We are looking for completed baskets use your creativity and put something together. We would like to have them by February 15 in order to pre-sale tickets prior to the event. This can be something like, boating baskets, kids basket, date night basket you decide and we will sell tickets and raise money for Habitat!

Option 3 – Donation

We know sometimes a business just can’t be a sponsor but you want to help. We love that and you can make a monetary donation of your choice. Your helping raise money for Habitat!

Option 4 – Team Sign Up

What a great day to have some fun with friends, family, coworkers you decide, sign up a team of two, for just $50.00! Note: day of event team sign up will be $60 cash only, save some money and sign up early! Your team could win prize money if you are the winners of the tournament! Come join the fun and toss some bags!
