ClassONE Save Our Pets Project Pet Walk & Fundraiser Event, September 8, 2024 from 8 AM to 12 PM at Lancaster Junction Trail

Join ClassONE Property Restoration on Sunday, September 8th, for our first-ever Save Our Pets Project Pet Walk and Fundraiser Event along the beautiful Lancaster Junction Recreational Trail, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We're dedicating our inaugural pet walk event to raising funds for a vital cause: equipping local fire departments with lifesaving Wag'N O2 Fur Life pet oxygen mask kits. These essential kits play a crucial role in resuscitating pets from smoke inhalation, a tragedy that claims the lives of approximately 40,000 pets each year.

The entire community is cordially invited to join the movement—whether you have a pet or simply wish to support the cause. The pet walk, along with other planned activities, promises an exciting day out. It will feature a variety of vendors offering pet-related products and services, draw prizes of items and services generously donated by local businesses, a selection of food trucks, a red carpet pet photoshoot, caricature drawings, and a fire truck display. This family-friendly event ensures both two-legged and four-legged attendees will have a blast!

While general attendance is free, we ask those who wish to participate in the pet walk with their furry friends to register their pets and contribute a $25 fee per pet. Each registered pet walker will receive a complimentary event T-shirt as well as a bandanna for their pet. These funds will help in purchasing the pet oxygen mask kits—priced at $125 each—as well as support other emergency services for our animal companions, such as emergency boarding for pets displaced due to fires, and our Paws Grant, which assists families impacted by fire-related pet loss with adoption fees.

Participation in the event is subject to compliance of Event Rules and Regulations as well as Park Rules and Regulations. Donations made to ClassONE Save Our Pets Project are not tax deducible.
