Team Birkie is working hard to develop an elite training community in Minneapolis and continue to make the world of professional skiing more accessible for athletes like you!
Program Dates:
June 1st to August 20th
Tentative Workout Schedule:
- Morning workouts at 7 am on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, at Wirth Beach. Saturday, and Sunday will be locations throughout the Twin Cities.
- Afternoon strength workouts at 6 pm on Tuesday, Thursday, and 4pm Saturday at the Trailhead.
As a college athlete, you are invited to join Team Birkie for our Summer Training Program!
