Learn to make orecchiette - a traditional pasta from Puglia, Italy!

In partnership with Slow Food Charleston


Sunday, January 28

5-7 pm

2 Magnolia Road, Avondale


Virginia Carlsten will guide us through how to make the traditional pasta, orecciette and a simple homemade sauce accented with seasonal ingredients.  

Each participant will leave with newfound pasta making knowledge and pasta to take home


Suitable for ages 12+, all minors accompanied by adults
