Join us for this very special 1-DAY-ONLY class: "Ballpark Bliss" Family Yoga Class at Clipper Magazine Stadium - donations benefit AIM to Empower's ExtraGive 2023 campaign!
Our 35-minute Beginner-Flow Yoga class is open to all ages and all experience levels, whether this is your first class or your hundredth. Individuals, friend groups and families are all welcome! (For this class we recommend about ages 6+.) Take part in coming together as a community, experiencing a yoga class inside Clipper Magazine Stadium, all while supporting better health and a brighter future for those who deserve to thrive. ♥
Why Yoga:
The science is clear: Yoga's physical and mental benefits are interconnected, offering a whole body approach to well-being. Yoga is shown to manage depression, reduce chronic pain, improve balance and flexibility, increase muscle strength, decrease fall risk, improve sleep quality, provide relief from stress and anxiety, and much more.
