This garden party event will feature Ulele restaurant's signature fire roasted oysters, oysters on the half shell, Waterworks Meatloaf Meatballs, roasted vegetable skewers, and numerous hors d ’oeuvres, craft beers, a selection of great wine, and soft drinks (2 drink tickets plus a cash bar).

In addition, Ecosphere president Thomas Ries will conduct group tours of the Ulele Spring restoration site.  He'll discuss how we incorporate these natural spaces in our urban fabric to benefit the community and its residents while providing essential ecosystem services for wildlife.  You'll also hear about our upcoming projects, including another spring restoration effort at Purity Springs and how you can help.
