Join Friar Anthony, the Marian Friars Minor, and Chef Andrew Gruel Saturday, December 9th, at Backwater Foie Gras in Southeast Louisiana for a fundraiser to aid the Marian Friars Minor as they build their friary for love of God.

Gates open at 4:30 PM.

The evening will include:

1. Wine and hors d'oeuvres
2. Original Rendition of the famous Hymn by St. Francis “Canticle of the Sun” by the Friars in 3-Part Harmony with Violin Accompaniment
3. A beautiful meal prepared by Chef Andrew Gruel and his team
4. Keynote Speaker, Friar Anthony, followed by a video presentation on the Project and Building Plans of the Friars
5. Silent auction
6. Books available from Roman-Seraphic Books

Tickets and seating:

• Guaranteed seats are just that: guaranteed! 
• Those with lottery seats will be notified if their tickets have been selected (i.e. selected via lottery) the week preceding the event.

Dress code: Garden/Dressy-Casual (remember that we live always in the holy presence of God).

• Messieurs: Trousers (no shorts) and long sleeves (button-up with collar), blazer preferred but not required.
• Mesdames: Dresses or skirts+blouses preferred (must be longer than knee-length), shoulders covered, no low-cut blouses or dresses or form-fitting clothing.

All funds are received and managed by Friends of Marian Friars Minor
