You are invited to join us for the Deo Optimo Maximo Capital Campaign Annual Gala on Thursday, October 19, at 6:00pm at McGovern's Restaurant in Fall River, Massachusetts! The Gala raises funds for the ongoing restoration of Saint Anne Shrine of Fall River. Please use this form to purchase tickets or sponsorships of the Gala. Ticket tiers for the Gala are as follows:

Table of 10 ($750)
The Honor Tier Sponsors are as follows:
St. Anne Sponsor ($10,000 and over): Logo on front cover of program. Full-color ad space in program. Reognition in St. Anne Sponsor section of program. Table of 8.
Fr. Sauval Circle ($5,000-9,999): Full-page ad space. Recognition in Fr. Sauval Circle section of program. Table of 8. (If contributing more than $5,000, select the "Fr. Sauval Circle" ticket, then add in the additional amount using the "Additional Donation" option at checkout.)
Friend of St. Jude's Chapel ($1,000): Full-page ad space. Recognition in Friend of St. Jude’s Chapel ad section of program. Table of 8.
The Advertisement Sponsor can submit a full-color design of their choice for submission in the Gala program. The options are as follows:
Full-page ad ($275)
Half-page ad ($150)
Quarter-page ad ($100)
Once purchased, a St. Anne Shrine Preservation Society representative will reach out to you for the ad submission.
The "Freewill Offering" option allows for a contribution without the advertisement space selection. Select the "Freewill Offering" ticket, then use the "Additional Donations" option at checkout to submit your offering.
