Schedule 

Please feel free to join us as early as 4:30 for an Amaranth drink making demonstration, grazing table (light dinner) and mingle. 

From 5-7 guests from Guatemala will share their work in Food Sovereignty and together we will harvest, clean, pop, and cook the ancient, highly nutritious, Amaranth Seeds. 

From 7-9 Jorge Cuevas and the Caribe Jazz All-Stars will perform and there will be salsa dance lesson.
