At his former popular restaurant Kanella, Chef Konstantinos Pitsillides pioneered Mediterranean food in Philadelphia and all over the US. Chef Konstantinos' dishes are rooted in his experience living in Cyprus and multiple other countries.
Through these Friday night cooking classes, Chef Konstantinos is bringing the chance for others to cook Mediterranean meals with him at The People's Kitchen. He will teach six unique classes, all with a different focus of the Mediterranean diet. In each 3-hour class, Chef Konstantinos will help folks prepare meals to be enjoyed together by the class as a delicious BYO dinner.
