On Tuesday, July 25 at 6:00 pm, join Mary Ellen Mullins, a Certified Chi-Gong, Yoga, Pilates and Stand-Up Paddle Board instructor who has created YogaCHI. Mary Ellen will lead us through a Summer YogaChi, a gentle, balanced and restorative practice that incorporates breath, energy work, stretching, strengthening and relaxing. It is appropriate and adaptable for all fitness levels.
Each $25 ticket includes light refreshments prepared by the talented Healing Meals kitchen crew.
