Welcome to the 980 North Annual Raffle

This year we are striving to continue our improvements as a department through improved training, new equipment and additional volunteers. Our goal for 2023 is to purchase a rescue boat for Lake Livingston.

The Rescue Boat we are in the process of raising funds for will be utilized to respond to medical emergencies, respond to drownings, respond to sinking boats, respond to capsized boats, respond to fires on the water, assist law enforcement in their efforts keep the lake safe and fun for everyone and to recover boats which have broken down on the Trinity River and on Lake Livingston.

The boat will be a 24 Ft composite hull with twin 250 engines. The electronics will include sonar, a depth finder and stabilized infrared. The material the boat is constructed with is less dense than water so in the event we hit a stump, the boat will not sink because the material is made to stay afloat.

Cost of the boat: $195,349.00

We need the publics help in purchasing this boat to keep boaters safe on Lake Livingston and on the Trinity River. With the purchase of each ticket, you will be entered into our Raffle of the following items:

The Drawing will be held at the G&G Gun Shop, all winners will be required to pass a background check prior to receiving their prize winnings for all Firearms. Must be 21 to purchase raffle tickets.
