What you’ll get out of it:

• Online, live, 2-part program
• Each session is 2 hours and includes physical practices, small group and partner coaching
• The two sessions are separated by 2 weeks, giving time for observation and experimentation in between
• You’ll come away with a well-vetted practice for strengthening a pattern that improves your life.

Schedule: 2-session interactive course. Tuesday August 15th and 29th from 8:00am – 10:00am US Central Time Zone

There will be a meeting on Tuesday August 22nd from 8:00am – 10:00pm US Central Time Zone for students to have a chance to work together.

All meetings will be recorded and the recordings will be made available.
