International Yoga Day

Yoga for Hope is a special day for those who love yoga and want to give back to an amazing organization that gives back to women.  

For just a $28.00 donation you will get an hour of yoga at your favorite studio and pay for a full night of care for a survivor of sex trafficking.  The Villages of Hope offers up to 2 years of free rent surrounded by trauma based therapeutic services, education and job skills.
