This Giveaway is offered by Pipe Hitter Foundation, Inc. (“Sponsor”) with its principal place of business at Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Void where prohibited by law. No contribution or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Giveaway. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Concept2, Inc. has donated to Sponsor the Prize that will be given away in accordance with this Giveaway. No funds received in relation to the Giveaway will be used to purchase the Prize. The Giveaway begins on November 16th,, 2022 at 8:00AM EST and ends on December 14, 2022 at 11:59PM EST. (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible to win. One (1) potential winner will be chosen by a random drawing at 9:00am on December 16, 2022 at Santa Rosa Beach, FL. By completing the entry form and providing your information, you hereby indicate your acceptance of the Official Rules governing the Giveaway and agree to be bound by these terms. The Giveaway is open to citizens and permanent residents (green card holders) of the United States, Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority as determined by state law. Note, because of shipping restrictions, the Prize can only be delivered to an address located in the contiguous United States. If you are unable to accept delivery within the contiguous United States, a new winner will be selected.
