In just 20 minutes you will not only become a "wine snob" but provide essential resources to help 10 aspiring entrepreneurs launch their business ventures.
Wine professionals (affectionately called “snobs”) swirl and swish and assert their superiority using terms like “clarity,” “bouquet,” and “retro-olfaction,” and now you can too… in just twenty minutes.
Seasoned entrepreneur, fourth-generation restaurateur, decorated educator, and former dean of Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration, Christopher Muller, will teach you to master, in about 20 minutes of semi-serious lecture and 30 minutes of serious tasting, the use of our sensory libraries to better enjoy and understand the glories of the grape.
