Focused on Health Education, Patient Advocacy, and Short-Term Financial Support to Qualified Patients and Their Families.

Proceeds from this outing will assist families facing significant financial hardship due to the diagnosis of cancer or other terminal conditions.

$275 per person $1,000 foursome - includes golf, cart, prizes, lunch, hors d'oeuvres, 2-hour open bar
