Art Therapy Panel Discussion

This facilitated discussion with time for audience questions will be led by Radiant Hall Studio Member and Art Therapy MA Candidate, Zoë Welsh. Panelists include Dr. Dafne Rehavia, Radiant Hall Susquehanna Studio Member, mixed media artist and Therapist, and Sonya Dugal, an Art Therapist who specializes in LGBTQIA2s+ communities and has her practice at the Union Project.

Panelists will discuss art therapy as a field and share different approaches to using art in therapy practices. Keeping artists centered in the discussion, the group will talk about how artists can approach using art as therapy and the potential tensions and advantages artists hold when it comes to engaging with art therapy.
