WHAT:
Our 2nd Annual Hope Noted 5K in honor of Mental Health Awareness month! Join us virtually or in person to walk, run, cycle, etc. as you advocate for the importance of mental health!
WHEN:
Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 10AM. (This is the official date/time, but please feel free to complete your 5K whenever it is most convenient for you.)
WHERE:
This event is for everyone whether you can meet up with us in person or take part from a distance!
In Person: The Columbia Crossing River Trails Center - 41 Walnut Street Columbia, PA 17512. We will kick-off the race together at 10AM and head down the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail. All are welcome - furry friends too! (Please note that in the event of bad weather, we will meet on Sunday, 5/22, same time and place.)
Virtual: You have the flexibility to pick your own race location. Please share your race day photos, videos, and 5K times with us by tagging Hope Noted on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, or email to connect@hopenoted.com. Get a group together or fly solo! We want to see you out there supporting mental health awareness!
WHY:
Wellness doesn't end with physical health. We want to advocate for better mental health resources, education, and awareness. With every step of every mile, the Hope Noted 5K mission is to encourage one another saying: "Your life matters. You are worthy of love. You are not alone. There is still hope."
GIVE BACK:
This year we are once again partnering with our friends at Mental Health America Lancaster County. Your financial gift of hope will help others gain access to the mental health resources they need. You will even have the chance to dedicate your donation in honor or memory of someone.
PRIZES:
All participants are eligible to win one of our prizes whether joining in person or virtually. There will be a prize awarded to the participant with the most Hope Noted spirit, to the participant who raises the most money for Mental Health America, and to our top 3 running participants with the fastest times!
