WHAT:Domestique Leadership Training

Several ride leaders from our community will be sharing the Domestique Leadership values and principles upon which Van Purser based this training. After each talk, discussion at each table will be encouraged; this will be a time to share and learn from the experiences of others and to discuss specific skills and ride leader best practices. Whether you are an experienced, new, or aspiring ride leader, you will find this event beneficial for you and for those you lead.
