The Institute for Collective Wellbeing was founded to co-create tools, skills, and mindsets that help us reimagine a world in service of wellbeing for all. We seek to learn what it looks like -- and what it takes -- for organizations, communities, and societies to orient progress in service of collective wellbeing.
The COVID pandemic has laid bare that the current organizational culture that underpins our professional lives (and impacts are personal lives) needs revisiting and reimaging. What is the purpose of our work? How is it connected to the purpose of our organizations? How can collective wellbeing serve as the ultimate goal of social equity, ecological sustainability, and purpose? How does collective wellbeing provide a way to understand the interconnectedness of social equity, ecological sustainability, and purpose? What interconnected actions can organizations take to support employee wellbeing, the wellbeing of the organization, and society as a whole?
This year's annual summit offers stories and tools that help us explore these questions while also showing the profound impact that workplace wellbeing has on creativity, employee belonging and meaning, quality, and retention.
