I came to know about the English Skills Learning Center (ESLC) over 10 years ago. Not knowing that down the road, I would be part of the ESLC family I frequently referred to and sometimes brought refugees and immigrants interested in learning English as a second language to the ESLC. As the Outcomes Director, I have the opportunity to meet English learners from different parts of the world. I get to hear stories that humble me. Not only that, I also get to be part of their journey. It is a two way mutual integration and we are in to break barriers through language learning. In celebration of the ESLC’s 34th birthday, I would like to invite you to help me in raising a minimum of $500.00 this month of September. Please consider donating whatever you can to this cause.
