The eosera® Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing empowerment, entrepreneurship, and education. Our vision is a future where innovation and leadership reflect the full diversity of talent—in the boardroom, the lab, and beyond.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs

We believe women founders should have equal access to resources and opportunities. Through the eosera® Foundation Pitch Competition, we provide seed funding, mentorship, and visibility to help female entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. Each year, finalists from across the country share their business visions with expert judges, competing for the support they need to scale and succeed.

Inspiring the Next Generation 

The Ryan Headlee Scholarship Program gives college students mentorship, hands-on experience, and scholarship funding to help them thrive. In fall 2025, we are partnering with a Texas Christian University marketing class to create real-world problem-solving challenges. The winning student team will receive a $5,000 scholarship to fuel their educational journey.

The Ryan Headlee  Scholarship was established to honor the very first buyer who believed in eosera® and placed our products on the shelves of a nationwide retailer. This milestone not only validated our mission but also helped accelerate eosera® growth, making our innovations accessible to consumers across the country. The scholarship serves as a tribute to the pioneering spirit that fueled our early success and continues to inspire our journey today.
