Goal

Thanks to your generous support over the years, we have accomplished much.  Patients are no longer transported to medical centers on motorcycles; now, they have access to an ambulance service. We have successfully completed the construction of a new addition, featuring inpatient beds and a delivery suite, and the new pharmacy building, which is now fully operational. The clinic is now approved to accept the Kenya National Health Insurance plan, making healthcare services more accessible to the community.

With the expansion of our clinic and the broader range of services we offer, we have seen a significant increase in patient visits, reaching nearly 400 per month. This increase in patient flow has brought about a welcome rise in revenues that support the healthcare center, especially due to the growing number of insured patients. However, it has also placed a strain on our current supplies and professional staff.

While we are actively exploring various avenues to secure funding, your generous donations are invaluable in providing readily accessible healthcare in a medically underserved area in western Kenya

“I like the Virginia Wright Clinic because it has good services.  The nurses, the doctors knows how to take care of each and every patient that comes in and out.  They are not bad with their services.  They watch over you when you are having any problems. They know how to take care of you.  They don’t push you around.  As for me, myself I say they have been good for me. They have taken good care of me. And even my other child they take care of him. I don’t have any complaints with their services.”  - current patient
