Young Political Foundation is launching the End Gerontocracy initiative to recruit and train young leaders and mobilize civic engagement.

America’s leadership pipeline is aging while real-life issues—jobs, housing, public safety, education, and opportunity—are hitting younger families hardest. This campaign exists to build a bench of leaders who are closer to today’s reality, more accountable to their communities, and ready to serve.

What Donors Make Possible

Every gift builds capacity. Examples you can list on-page:

• $25 helps equip a volunteer with outreach materials and training resources

• $50 supports a leadership training seat (curriculum, facilitation, materials)

• $100 helps fund a community workshop or campus organizing push

• $250 supports mentorship programming and candidate readiness coaching

• $500+ helps scale training events and field infrastructure in priority area

We will use contributions to build a measurable pipeline of young leaders through training, mentorship, and organized civic engagement so communities have better choices and younger representation.
