Thank you for making our work possible!
Friends, we are grateful for the services you make possible with your giving, especially now, when it matters the most!
With your continued help, we can ensure that everyone has food during this coronavirus epidemic. Before the epidemic our home-bound patients were improving remarkably and had 0 re-hospitalization cases in two years. Now, we are working even harder to ensure that this epidemic does not undo our 3 year achievements. As you know, our most vulnerable sub-populations (HIV/AIDS patients, those with TB, multiple chronic diseases, the malnourished elderly and children) face greater barriers to safe, nutritious and consistent access to food during this crisis.
To successfully continue our feeding program, we are growing our own food on 39 acres of land. Its April and the rains are here. To support our patients now and in the near future, we need your help to keep these farms planted so our food chain is not disrupted during this difficult time.
We also already have a growing number of people in need of food, and we need to purchase some grain from the market now while supplies last and transportation is relatively allowed. With your help, we can do more to ensure a bumper harvest, and keep our food distribution pantry open.
Thank you for supporting this service of providing a loving presence for those who need it now.
