That’s why every Soul Circle masterclass comes with one simple ask: contribute what you can to support women micro-entrepreneurs who carry the weight of trauma and exclusion, yet rise with courage — transforming setbacks into hope and opportunity.

Micro-Entrepreneurship: Building Futures from the Ground Up

In Colombia’s remote borderlands, places marked by armed conflict, displacement and poverty, women are rewriting their futures through entrepreneurship. Thousands of Venezuelan refugees, Afro-descendant and Indigenous women and survivors of gender based violence are seeking not charity, but the chance to build their own path to independence.

Together with our partners XOCO Unlimited and MDYM (Mujer Denuncia y Muévete), we’re unlocking that chance.

• Empowerment through micro-business: from crafts to food production, women are trained in skills that restore dignity and create livelihoods.

• Seed capital that changes lives: each woman needs just $1,000 - $3,000 to launch her micro-business, covering equipment, materials, training and coaching.

• From income to impact: these businesses become lifelines, supporting children, inspiring communities and proving that entrepreneurship can thrive even in the hardest-to-reach places.
