Maya's Hope Ukraine Emergency Fund

I would like to share an organization that was so fundamental in Noah’s life and adoption.  You might remember the very first video we received of Noah bouncing in a bouncer in the orphanage.  Maya's Hope made that video and it made its way to us. 

Mayas Hope is a trusted organization that is on the ground and has strong connections to the orphanages and families in Ukraine of children with special needs.  I have personally talked to the Ukrainian Regional director to set this up.  They supply Orphans with diapers, medicine, purées, food, medical supplies, sponsorship for caregivers and so much more. 

Joshuas 4th birthday is in one week and Noah’s is on the 26th.  I cannot think of a better place to give our support.  If you feel led, please consider donating to the Ukrainian Emergency Fund.   It will be placed directly into the needs of orphans who desperately need food, diapers, medicine, wound care items, and people to care for these children.  

You can also do monthly donations to help ensure caregivers as they receive so little in payment (think in terms of less than $1 a day).  There are many ways you can help but this link will be used for immediate needs of special needs orphans.  

My heart is passionate for this.  I often do not know how God led us to Ukraine.  I hope to go in and do humanitarian work if and when we are able.  But for now, this is the best way to help in a tangible way because these babies need our resources right now.
