At Embraced International, we support one of the world's most vulnerable populations: kids growing up without the love and protection of their families. 

There are thousands of kids living in orphanages in Honduras, and 80% of them are not orphans; instead, a lack of resources, opportunities, and support has resulted in kids being separated from their families. Poverty is far and away the leading cause of kids growing up without their families. 

But, we don't think the solution to poverty should be separating kids from their families, but rather, by working directly with families to strengthen and empower them, we can remove the obstacles keeping families apart, and kids can return home to their loving families that will provide for and protect them.
